 TERMS

ALL PRICES IN USA DOLLARS
1. Please put your name and return address on all communications.  Otherwise I won't be able to answer you.
2. Everything guaranteed genuine &/or as described.  If not, send it back.
3. No-hassle return with full refund in reasonable time, no questions asked..  Returns deemed to be absurd due to low value may result in termination of the business relationship without notice.
4. PAYMENT WITH ORDER unless arranged in advance.  Call & work out details.  Approvals to established customers.
5. Refund if sold, small refunds may be paid in stamps or credit.
6. POSTAGE: minimum $3.50.  This is an absolute minimum, and represents a fraction of the cost of  processing a tiny order.  Send more for larger orders, excess refunded.  Parcels shipped insured in USA, registered ($12.50) air (+~$1.10/28g) elsewhere unless you instruct otherwise.  No refund if lost & you told me not to insure.  Registered or not THERE IS NO INDEMNITY FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS.  See if you can get your Customs people to be reasonable!
7. Bounced checks will attract a $33.00 charge.  No exceptions ever.
8. PLEASE MENTION ALTERNATE CHOICES, WHETHER SAME ITEM IS ACCEPTABLE IN BETTER OR WORSE GRADE, DIFFERENT DATE, ETC.  MOST THINGS ARE IN SHORT  SUPPLY.  A FEW TRUSTING SOULS HAVE LET ME CHOOSE THEIR ALTERNATES FOR THEM.  NONE HAVE COMPLAINED.  MOST HAVE REPEATED.
9. NC residents: no sales tax on coins.  6.25% on non-numismatic items.
10. I ACCEPT VISA/MC, AMEX, DISCOVER, also convertible banknotes.  Used notes credited @ 100% of exchange.  I occasionally pay 105-125% for lower values in uncirculated.  Also take USD money order, bank check, etc.  And I trade.  What do you have?
11. BUY or BID: Bids welcome without time limit.  At a show, maybe you offer less than asking price & dealer says come back later.  After decent interval dealer says you can have it, or makes counteroffer, or maybe it sold, too bad.  Minimum bid is $5.00.
12. DICKERING (i.e. negotiation).  Yes, of course.  But dickers, like bids, are subject to prior cash sale until the package is mailed.  Cash sale always preempts a dicker.  Business.  So don't get mad at me if this happens.
13 & 14. Refers to paper price list readers
15. BUYING: I pay what its worth & I don't rip off widows & orphans (only dealers!)  (Just kidding!)  EVERYTHING HAS VALUE.  Send your  stuff or get in touch.
16. CONSIGNMENTS: satisfied clients on both sides.  Over 30 % of stuff offered is consigned.  I've sold 4 figure single items, done 5 figure deals.  Let's talk.
17. WANTLISTS: send em - maybe I've got it.  Indicate needed grade, price.
18 & 19. Applies to snail mail clients only.
20. INTEREST: 30 day past due accounts MAY be assessed up to 22% interest.  Typically I only apply this after about a year.  What the hey, I'm not getting paid anyway!
21. Overseas shipments are at the buyer's risk unless I feel like being nice.
